Adventure in Place: Photo Challenge
To our outdoor adventure family — we want you to know we are thinking of you and we are in this together with you. Built on adventure, our community deeply values the outdoors and we’re already longing to get to activities we love.
Working remotely has brought our team an unexpected joy in seeing into each other’s lives. With this new level of connection, we thought — what a great way to continue to encourage people to enjoy the outdoors safely and responsibly and also keep us all connected. Let’s celebrate our backyards and personal outdoor spaces by sharing our unique take on adventure on Instagram. We want to see into your world and foster more greatly needed human and nature connections!
Over the next month, share your Adventure in Place photos on Instagram showcasing creative ways you utilize your personal outdoor spaces — be it roasting marshmallows from your balcony or a sweet backyard camp setup for a chance to win an awesome kit of NEMO Gear perfect for your next microadventure.

The Innovation Behind Your Adventure – Keeping with our mission to never bring anything to market that isn’t already out there, let’s see how you make your setup different from the rest! And just like how we treat each day at NEMO HQ: Get creative. Have fun.
Quality/Creativity – Your adventure should be well-ish photographed. We’re looking for a real take on your current reality. We aren’t talking professional photography here, but the photo should be crisp and clear…. And yes, we’d love to meet those with whom you are sharing this time with --- your family, pets, and/or neighbors (as long as they are 6-ft away!).
Likes –We will be calling upon the help of our 88K+ followers to help us choose who got the most creative! They’ll vote with their “likes,” so make sure to use the hashtag #AdventureInPlace and spread the love by voting for your favorite entries on that hashtag, too. The NEMO crew will choose the winner out of the top five entries.
Not a Social Media savant? Don’t be intimidated, we will also be picking some fun superlatives for NEMO SWAG prizes along the way as well!
