A collection of fully recyclable products is the first step in our journey to keep NEMO gear out of the trash and on the trail.
Upcycled manufacturing rejects and old samples into our Ditto™ product line, beginning in 2006
Prototyped the Nano OZ™ tent, made with recycled fabrics and bamboo tent poles, in 2008
Started producing only RDS (Responsible Down Standard) certified sleeping bags in 2017
Founding member of OIA Climate Action Corps, introduced in 2020
Removed 100K polybags from our shipping process through partnership with DAC, starting in 2020
Launched the Chipper™ closed-cell foam seat pad, made from reclaimed material, in 2021
Worked with leading sustainability experts Quantis to complete our carbon footprint baseline and set reduction targets

Designed a second certified bluesign® product: Double Haul!
